This means that DJC will, on yours and the resident’s behalf, submit audited accounts, produce annual returns and deal with any other correspondence to the registrar of Companies.
Accounting Services – Our team can deal with all aspects of preparing and submitting your accounts. In particular we keep detailed records of all transactions relating to the client’s property. All transactions passing through the clients account are recorded on our computerised system and suitably authorised by our chartered accountant.

As such our relationships with them have grown and strengthened to the benefit of all parties.

We will oversee the scoping and planning of works, manage the tender and selection process, appoint and manage the selected contractor and project managed the works until completion.
